If a friend mentions suicide, take it seriously. If they have expressed an immediate plan, or have access to prescription medication or other potentially deadly means, do not leave them alone. Get help immediately.
If you need urgent or immediate care for yourself or someoneelse you should phone or go to your nearest GP surgery, out of hours clinic or hospital.

If you feel you are in danger or are concerned about your personal safety you should go to your nearest Garda Station.

If you are under 18 and you need help during school hours you can go to your nearest school and ask for help and shelter.
